What should I do if I need technical assistance?

Michael Langley should be your first point of contact for any technology issues. You can also contact the Help Desk, which is available 24/7 or you can contact The McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning.

How do I access Zoom?

To access Zoom, please go to Princeton Zoom. Select Sign in. If prompted, select Sign in with SSO and enter "Princeton". Login in with your Net ID and password (Duo enabled).

How can I record my Zoom lectures and upload them to Blackboard?
