About the Event

Clarinetist Martin Fröst, celebrated for his infectious energy and uncanny ability to completely transform his instrument, returns after a stunning 2018 debut to join forces with ECHO Klassik Award-winning violist Antoine Tamestit, alongside the exceptional pianist Shai Wosner, whose “sensitivity and technical brilliance captivate audiences worldwide” (BBC Music Magazine). And when world-renowned, visionary virtuosos who have each earned a place among the elite of their instruments come together in a rare joint appearance, the result is sure to be nothing short of musical alchemy. The three trailblazing titans bring a program featuring their own transcriptions of music rooted in folklore and dance, showcasing a collective artistry that will be sure to enchant and leave you dancing in your seat.
