The Princeton University Jazz Festival, which was scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2020, has been canceled due to the current COVID-19 outbreak. Last year's inaugural event was a joyous, artistically successful gathering and we had planned to offer the community another culturally significant festival this spring.
Our decision to cancel, while regretful, reflects the wider steps taken by Princeton University to help stem the tide of the outbreak as the health and safety of our community remains our priority. To that end, the remaining events in Jazz at Princeton University's spring season are also canceled.
We look forward to restarting Jazz at Princeton University's season in the fall, and reviving the festival next spring. In the meantime, we hope you stay safe and healthy.
The second annual Princeton University Jazz Festival culminates with a performance by world-class soloist, accomplished composer, formidable bandleader, and GRAMMY-nominated saxophonist Chris Potter, performing alongside students in Jazz at Princeton University's Small Group I. Don't miss this performance by one of the most beloved and highly respected jazz artists of our time.
Tickets $15 General/$5 Students.
