Join Early Music Princeton for an evening of sonatas and cantatas from 17th-century Italy and Germany. The program features works by Marini, Corelli, Schütz, Buxtehude and Johann Christoph Bach, as well as two rarely heard cantatas by Antonio Cesti, whose career traversed the Alps from Florence to Innsbruck and Vienna. We will be joined by Princeton and EMP alumnus, countertenor Michael Manning '17.
Early Music Princeton is made up of university students, faculty, staff, and members of the surrounding community. This event is free and open to the public.
