The Program in East Asian Studies and the Department of Music are delighted to present a series of in-person workshops during Wintersession hosted in collaboration with the Princeton University Shanghai Peking Opera Program 普大上海京劇培訓班. On January 17th, Madame Shi Yihong — often compared to Maria Callas in stature and artistry — will lead a public masterclass in Richardson, and on January 24th, students will have the opportunity to perform what they’ve learned during Wintersession in Taplin Auditorium.
