Visiting the Department
We hope you will stop by when visiting campus to better envision how music might fit into your time at Princeton. You can check out our public Calendar to find information about attending an event during your visit. If you would like to meet a faculty member or ensemble director, take a trial studio lesson, see a practice room, or talk to a current student, please contact us. We look forward to meeting you!
Our administrative offices on the third floor of the Woolworth Center are open during business hours to help address any questions you might have as you transition into campus life. At the start of the semester, be sure to attend the Department of Music Open House for an overview of music at Princeton. Other start-of-term processes include:
- Auditioning for Department Ensembles
- Signing Up for Private Studio Lessons
- Reserving an Instrument Locker
- Borrowing an Instrument
More information about the Open House will be posted here.
