Princeton Sound Kitchen presents Elijah Daniel Smith: ‘Forbidden Oracles,’ ~Nois, Sō Percussion
Taplin Auditorium, Fine Hall Fine Hall, PrincetonElijah Daniel Smith’s ‘Forbidden Oracles’ is a 30-minute work that draws inspiration from the mysterious gospel of the Lots of St. Mary, a Coptic Codex used for divination, translated by Dr. AnneMarie Luijendijk. It will be performed by an octet consisting of two quartets: Sō Percussion and ~Nois saxophone quartet.
