How have I benefitted from mentorship?
As a young professional in administration, I benefited substantially from mentorship by my supervisor. Not only did he guide me through complex professional situations, he also empowered me to identify my values, develop my skills and interests, and cast a vision for my future career. He inspires my own dedication to supporting emerging leaders, especially young adults from underrepresented backgrounds.
