Ashwin Mahadevan, from Marlton NJ, pursued his Certificate in Vocal Consort Singing while studying the origins and endurance of non-alignment in Indian Foreign Policy for his thesis in the School of Public and International Affairs, and working towards additional Certificates in South Asian Studies and the History and Practice of Diplomacy. A member of the Glee Club and Chamber Choir, Ashwin credits Choral Director Gabriel Crouch with singlehandedly fostering his love for choral music, and informing his musical tastes.
