Diego Zamalloa-Chion, from Berkeley, CA, is a jazz violinist pursuing Certificates in Jazz Studies, Jazz Violin Performance, and Neuroscience while concentrating in Computer Science. As he studied mice for his senior thesis, he participated in Jazz Small Group X and singing a capella on campus. Also a pianist and guitarist, he is passionate about music education and plans to incorporate that into his future plans.
