Vinny Pagano, a percussionist from Long Beach, NY, wrote his senior thesis in Mathematics on the unfamiliar territory of the Erdos-Hajnal Conjecture while pursuing Certificates in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Jazz Studies. As part of the Program in Jazz Studies, he was a member of the Jazz Ensemble Small Groups. After graduation, he will most miss the access to resources and friends that Princeton’s environment makes possible.
